Monoimplant

Monoimplant: One-piece special design.

Fixture and abutment in a single monolithic body. Bicortical anchorage and the absence of a screw joint are the basis for immediate-loading protocols in suitable cases.

System

System specifications

Designed to promote osseointegration in clinically challenging situations when used according to the recommended protocol; with adequate primary stability, prosthetic rehabilitation may take place within a shortened timeframe.

Monoimplant bendable-neck implant, composition
  1. 01

    Bicortical anchorage

Fixated between both cortical plates — entry and exit point — for strong primary stability that does not depend on the weaker trabecular bone.

  2. 02

    One-piece body

No abutment screw, so no screw loosening, screw fracture or micro-movement at an implant–abutment interface; less space needed than a two-piece implant.

  3. 03

    RBM surface

Resorbable blast media with calcium phosphate on Rough, Rough B, MOT, Multiunit and Oring implants; Smooth implants keep a polished surface.

  4. 04

    Cutting thread

Threads designed to slice the bone with thin cuts rather than compress it, so more bone contributes to stability.

  5. 05

    Bendable neck

Long-neck variants can be bent to establish parallelism after pre-drilling and bone expansion; maximum insertion torque 45 Ncm.

  6. 06

    Titanium grade 5

Machined from biocompatible grade 5 titanium; two abutment sizes, normal and large, that can be trimmed and welded.

  7. 07

    Traceability

Every package carries a barcode with the ERP lot number, so each implant can be followed from production to clinic.

  8. 08

    Tyvek® packaging

Sterile, recyclable Tyvek® containers; the implant is removed and loaded with the fixture driver.

Types

Seven implant types

The same one-piece principle in different surfaces, thread designs and prosthetic heads. Ranges below are the catalogue dimensions; codes follow in the next section.

  • Monoimplant Smooth MS3514

    Smooth

Smooth surface with an aggressive thread for immediate placement in extraction sockets and hard bone (D1–D2); the polished body retains less plaque.

    Diameter
    Ø2.7 · 3.5 · 4.0 · 4.5 · 5.5 · 7.0 · 9.0
    Length
    8 – 35 mm
    Abutment
    normal · large

Ø2.7 is not intended as a single implant; in a thin jawbone at least 12 implants per jaw are required.

  • Monoimplant Microthread MSM3517

    Microthread

Smooth-surface implant whose cervical micro-threads stabilise extraction-socket walls; the sharp apex penetrates thin, dense cortical plates. Use a minimum of three implants for immediate loading.

    Diameter
    Ø3.5 · 4.0
    Length
    12 – 29 mm
    Abutment
    large

  • Monoimplant Rough MR3712

    Rough

RBM surface with a slim, less aggressive body for D1 and D2 bone and healed edentulous sites.

    Diameter
    Ø3.0 · 3.2 · 3.7 · 4.1 · 4.9
    Length
    6 – 17 mm
    Abutment
    normal · large

  • Monoimplant Rough B MR3715-B

    Rough B — bendable

Rough implant with a bendable neck, used after pre-drilling and bone expansion with the tapping drill. For bridges in the reduced-load range, not for single-tooth restorations.

    Diameter
    Ø3.2 · 3.7 · 4.1
    Length
    12 · 15 · 17 mm
    Torque
    max. 45 Ncm

  • Monoimplant MOT MOT4014

    MOT — Rough + Smooth

Hybrid: rough body for osseointegration, highly polished apex to reduce contamination in thin-bone regions such as the maxillary sinus.

    Diameter
    Ø3.5 · 4.0 · 4.5
    Length
    10 – 26 mm

  • Monoimplant Oring MOR3712

    Oring

Ball-head one-piece implant for overdenture retention, with silicone retainers in three hardnesses and directional rings.

    Diameter
    Ø3.0 · 3.7 · 4.1
    Length
    8 · 10 · 12 mm
    Rings
    0° · 7° · 14°

  • Monoimplant Multiunit MMU3710

    Multiunit

Multi-unit head for screw-retained restorations fixed with an occlusion screw only — no cement.

    Diameter
    Ø3.0 · 3.7 · 4.1
    Length
    8 · 10 · 12 mm
