Pilot drills
Ø2.0 mm with depth stop (5 – 12 mm) plus a non-depth-stop drill for deeper placement; 600 rpm with saline irrigation, below 50 rpm without cooling in low-density bone.

L-reamers
Two sharp edges; enlarge the osteotomy symmetrically at 50 rpm or less without irrigation; the blunt tip does not deepen the osteotomy.

i-reamers
Single sharp edge, sharp tip; used for selective deepening. The last reamer diameter matches the implant diameter.

Osteotomes and profile reamers
Bone condensation and shoulder profiling before seating.

Two-stage protocol
Cover plug and healing cap; the implant seated with the guide pin, angulation checked with parallel pins.
